Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Korvna, a helpdesk and ticketing platform operated by Korvna ("Korvna," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using Korvna, you ("User," "you," or "your business") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The Service

Korvna provides ticket management, customer communication, knowledge base, and related tools for managed service providers and support teams. Features and availability may vary by subscription tier (e.g., Standard, Premium) and are subject to change as the product evolves.

2. Accounts and Roles

Korvna accounts include multiple roles: Owner, Company Admin, and Tech (collectively, "Users"), as well as Employees, individuals invited by a User's own customers to submit and track support tickets through the customer portal. The account Owner is responsible for all activity under the account, including actions taken by Users and Employees they invite.

3. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

• Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) per active agent seat, through our payment processor (Stripe).
• New accounts may begin with a free trial period, subject to usage limits disclosed at signup (e.g., agent count, AI-assisted response count). At the end of the trial, your payment method will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.
• You may cancel at any time. Canceling stops future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund of amounts already charged, except as required by law.
• We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to accounts with a canceled or past-due subscription status.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Korvna to: violate any law; transmit malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other accounts; interfere with the service's normal operation; or resell or redistribute the software itself without our prior written consent.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of the data you and your Employees submit to Korvna (tickets, messages, company records, attachments, and similar content, referred to as "Customer Data"). We use Customer Data only to provide and support the service, including features such as AI-assisted suggestions, and do not sell it to third parties. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any data you provide, including any personal information belonging to your own customers.

6. Intellectual Property

Korvna, the Korvna name, and the Korvna logo are trademarks of Korvna. The Korvna software, website, and related materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service as permitted by these Terms, no rights are granted to you in our trademarks, software, or other intellectual property.

7. Third-Party Services

Korvna relies on third-party providers (including Stripe for payments, SendGrid for email delivery, and Anthropic for AI-assisted features) to operate. Your use of Korvna is also subject to the applicable terms of those providers where relevant.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or as otherwise necessary to protect the service or other users. You may stop using Korvna and cancel your subscription at any time.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Korvna is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Korvna is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting an updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of Korvna after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
